Duchess is a very attentive girl, and just loves being part of a family. Duchess is house-trained, crate-trained, spayed and up-to-date on vet care. Duchess is around 8 years old. Gigi is a great dog who found herself in need of a home when her previous owner past away. Gigi is about 8 years old, but she doesn't have an old attitude. She still enjoys playing with other dogs, even puppies. Even though she is young at heart, she has the wisdom of an older dog. She is very well behaved and knows how to stay out of trouble. She is a very low-maintenance dog and a joy to have around. Gigi is very loving and is always quick with a kiss. She is up-to-date on vet care, spayed, microchipped and housetrained. She is also crate trained, but she can hang out in the house without beind distructive. Gigi's adoption fee is $150 and a fenced in yard will be required to adopt Gigi. Sarge came to us from a shelter that was being shut down by the state due to inhumane conditions. Sarge has turned out to be a great dog. He had some dental issues when he first came to us and had to have some teeth removed. He is very healthy now. Our vet estimates him to be about 10 years old, but you would never know it by his attitude. Sarge is a very friendly, outgoing guy with a lot of love to give. Rudy is a sweet older guy who's looking for a home. Rudy was originally found wandering the streets with limping really bad. After attempts to find his owner failed, we took Rudy to the vet only to find out he had a broken femur and was heartworm positive. The vet had to remove the ball of the femur performing basically an FHO. Rudy still limps on that leg, but at least he feels better. Rudy doesn't take Rimadyl everyday, but he does take it several times per week. Rudy has some trouble with stairs, but can do 2-3 just fine. We also treated Rudy for heartworms. Rudy is housetrained and up-to-date on vet care. Rudy is definitely a special needs dog. He will always be weaker on the leg that was injured, and he will have to be kept at a good weight to minimize stress on that hip. Otherwise, Rudy is a happy, good natured dog. Maria is a cream colored German Shepherd mix about 8 years old. She's mixed with something with much shorter legs, maybe sheltie, but she has a very shepherd-like face. She's a little timid or shy, but very sweet. She's great with other dogs, no dominance issues at all. At her foster home she has a dog door and fenced yard, and she's been perfectly housebroken, letting herself outside whenever she needs to go. She likes to have her face stroked, and has a cute little "happy dance" she does when her foster mom gets home from work and at feeding time. She has excellent behavior, never jumping up or being pushy. She's fine with cats in the house, but will bark at them if they are outside on the other side of the fence. Maria's adoption fee is $150. Meet Bree!! This 8 year old beauty is fully vetted, spayed, and micro-chipped. She gets along with all other dogs and cats, and is very well mannered.
